SAXLINGHAM-THORPE, a parish in Henstead district, Norfolk; ½ a mile S of S.-Nethergate. Post-town, S.-Nethergate, under Long-Stratton. Acres, 456. Real property, £1,062. Pop., 141. Houses, 32. The property is divided chiefly among three. The living is a rectory, annexed to S.-Nethergate. The church is in ruins. There is a Baptist chapel.
