NANTYMWYN, a village in the N E of Carmarthen; on the river Towy, 5½ miles N of Llandovery. It has a post-office under Carmarthen. Lead mines, belongingto Earl Cawdor, are on a hill-side here, above the Towy; and are worked by levels.
