Cat Law, a mountain at the meeting-point of Lintrathen, Kingoldrum, and Kirriemuir parishes, W Forfarshire, 6 miles NW of Kirriemuir town. One of the Benchinnan Grainpians, projecting beyond the general line of the range, it has an altitude of 2196 feet above sea-level; it is crowned with a large cairn; and it commands a very extensive and magnificent view.
