Thurland Castle, Burrow Hall, and Leck Hall, are chief residences. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Manchester. Value, £332.* Patron, N. Burton, Esq. The church is later English, and was repaired in 1850. The p. curacy of Leck is a separate benefice.
