HARTFORD-BRIDGE, a hamlet in Hartley-Wintney parish, Hants; near the Southwestern railway, 4 miles N of Odiham. It has a post office under Winchfield. A Cistertian nunnery was founded here about the time of the Conquest; and given, at the dissolution, to Richard Hill, Esq.
