Strawberry Hill, ry. sta., and seat of Lord Carling ford, Twickenham-par., Middlesex, on river Thames, ¾ mile SW. of Twickenham sta. and 2½ miles NW. of Kingston upon Thames. Strawberry Hill was the residence of Horace Walpole (1717-1797), Earl of Orford.
