Trefecca, hamlet, Talgarth par., Brecknockshire, 8 miles SW. of Hay; Trefecca House was the residence of Howel Harris (1713-1773), one of the founders of Calvinistic Methodism, and also of the Countess of Huntingdon, who made Tredustan Court, in the vicinity, a college for teachers of the connection.
