Neston and Parkgate, town (ry. stations Neston, and Parkgate), Neston par., Cheshire, on Dee estuary, 12½ miles NW. of Chester and 190 miles NW. of London, pop. 3405; P.O., T.O., at Neston, P.O. at Little Neston, and P.O. at Parkgate; 1 Bank; the town consists of the townships of Great Neston, Little Neston, and Leighton; is a local government district, and from its situation affords excellent facilities for bathing.
