Castlemartyr, vil., Mogeely and Ightermurragh pars., E. co. Cork, 1¼ mile S. of Mogeely ry. sta., pop. 454; P.O., T.O. Market-day, Tuesday. It adjoins the residence of the Earl of Shannon, within whose grounds are the remains of a castle of the Geraldines. Millikin, the author of the "Groves of Blarney," was a native.
