Rattray, a commodious mansion in Crimond parish, NE Aberdeenshire, 7¾ miles NNW of Peterhead, and 4 ESE of Lonmay station. Its owner, James Cumine, Esq. (b. 1810; suc. 1841), holds 1696 acres in the shire, valued at £1293 per annum.—Ord. Sur., sh. 87, 1876.
